At ZurichDiscover, your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with our services—whether you're browsing our site, submitting a contact form, booking a tour, or signing up for updates.

**1. What We Collect**
We may collect the following types of personal information:

- Contact details (e.g., your name, email address, phone number)
- Booking information (e.g., preferred date, group size, tour interest)

- Communication preferences
- Website usage data (e.g., IP address, device type, and browsing behavior via cookies)
- Any details you choose to share with us, such as dietary or accessibility needs.

**2. How We Use Your Information**
We use your data to:

- Respond to inquiries or booking requests
- Provide tour confirmations and logistics
- Improve our services and website experience
- Send updates or marketing communications (if you opt in).

We never sell your data. Your information is used solely to provide a better, more personalized experience with ZurichDiscover.

**3. How We Protect Your Information**
We take reasonable precautions and use trusted platforms to store your information securely. Only authorized personnel have access to your data, and we limit its use to what is necessary for delivering our services.

**4. Sharing With Third Parties**
We share your information only with the service providers we need to run ZurichDiscover, such as HubSpot (website, forms and email) and Google (analytics), or when the law requires it. Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

**5. Your Rights**
You have the right to:

- Access, update, or delete your personal information
- Withdraw your consent for communications at any time

To make such a request, please email us at info@zurichdiscover.ch.

**6. Cookies**
Our website uses cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies (from HubSpot and Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. Visitors in Europe and the UK are asked for consent before these cookies are set. Elsewhere, you can decline in the cookie banner. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to turn analytics cookies off. You can also delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

**7. Changes to This Policy**
We may update this policy occasionally. If we do, we’ll post the updated version here with a revised date.

**8. Contact Us**
